Hey kids that actually keep checking this blog....
Sorry about the lack of updates, but CMU has got me workin' hard...for example i have FOUR exams on monday, before thanksgiving, so this weekend has been hell, so dont give me any crap because there's a chance i will remember it and destroy you. Now that we have that rant out of the way, i do want to say that I will be in town the 25th to the 30th of November for Thanksgiving break. I most likely will not be available on Thanksgiving day for any activities, but I would still like to see all of you special people at some point, so feel free to give me a ring and we'll hook up...before i forget, here is the obligatory JOTB:
Three buddies decided to take their wives on a weeklong vacation to Las Vegas. The week flew by and they all had a great time. After they returned home and the men went back to work, the guys sat around at break and discussed their vacation. The first guy said, "I don't think I'll ever do that again! Ever since we got back, my wife flings her arms and hollers, '7 come 11' all night, and I haven't had a wink of sleep!" The second guy said, "I know what you mean. My wife played blackjack the whole time we were there, and she slaps the bed all night and hollers, 'Hit me light' or 'hit me hard!' and I haven't had a wink of sleep either!" The third guy said, "You guys think you have it bad! My wife played the slots the whole time we were there, and I wake up each morning with a sore groin and a butt full of quarters."
...Unnecessarily descriptive, i know, but some of you sick people out there actually enjoy that kinda stuff, and what can i say? i try to cater to all crowds. A lil personal Update on me... Carnegie Mellon is definitely academically challenging, i am carrying 18 credit hours, and possibly 20 next semester, so I'm workin' hard. however, I also have made a bunch of new friends that all kick ass (i.e. Holla to New House 5). Taking programming at a top tech institution probably wasn't the best idea ever, but I am maintaining a high B average, so *shrug*. I'm excited to see everyone back in the Big O when i'm home, cuz i miss you all very much! In all cases, i need sleep soon as I have another harsh day of studying ahead of me tomorrow, so ciao for now people.
